Tournament organizers may require identification showing player date of birth (ie birth certificat, passport...). Please ensure your player brings some form of formal identification to the first game.
Players will be required to sign in before the first game. Please be at the Cavanagh SensPlex (that's the one on Carp Road, about 30 minutes from Kanata) by no later than 9:15 in order to sign in and be ready on time.
Players must bring both jerseys to every game.
It is very important that the team be fully dressed and ready to play 15 minutes before scheduled game time. There is a strong possibility that we may have to start a game early. If we are not ready, we will have to forfeit.
Reminder that there is a $7 entry fee for attendees (good for entire tournament). Children under 12 and adults over 65 years of age are exempt. Players are also exempt, and up to 5 team staff (Frank, Eric, Craig, Ken as coaching staff, and Nathalie as tournament organizer) get a free pass.

Click HERE to read the tournament rules (I strongly suggest everyone read this document). Highlights include:
- explanation of length of periods, use of running time, etc.
- explanation of when/how overtime will work
- explanation of how round robin standings will be calculated
- explanation of consequences of game misconduct penalties and fighting penalties
- explanation of zero tolerance policy re behaviour of parents, coaching staff and players

Reminder that there is a $7 entrance fee (good for entire tournament) for those above 12 and under 65. Players plus 5 team staff are exempt.
And finally, a reminder to bring your noisemakers and MAKE SOME NOISE in support of the team! PS - I believe John's mom still has a couple of team scarves left, at a cost of $10 each.
